As one reviewer put it, Aki Asian Hotpot is an “awesome [all you can eat] hotpot place that doesn’t break the bank.” The protein and vegetable offerings are bountiful. For the best selection and the tastiest bites check out Star Kitchen Seafood Restaurant. TEX-MEX & ‘MEXICAN’

Chuy’s is a Tex-Mex restaurant chain established in 1982 in Austin, Texas. It is funky and includes a custom Elvis shrine in the dining room, and framed photos of local canines (including out own) adorning the bar. The menu includes authentic dishes, featuring hand-rolled tortillas made fresh all day, every day on a traditional comal. Customer favorites include the stuffed chile rellenos, chicka-chicka boom-boom enchiladas, frozen margaritas and the famous creamy jalapeño. [Open or Not; that’s the question?!] It’s really all about the experience here. Fun for kids of all ages! Casa Bonita, which opened in 1974, seats over 1000 people at a time, and features strolling mariachis, flame jugglers, a 30-foot waterfall with cliff divers, a small puppet theater, a “haunted tunnel” called Black Bart’s Cave, an arcade with a large skee-ball room, and a magic theater. A Denver landmark once featured on a classic episode of South Park.
